Erin,
I just wanted to let you know one last thing (can’t remember if I already told you this). The 401 and 404 permits for
impacting wetlands has expired (12/31/2011). Please let the new owners know that they need to contact the
Wilmington US Army Corps of Engineers and the Division of Water Resources with the State to get permits for any future
development that may impact wetlands.
Thanks!

Joanne,
I really appreciate you being so lenient with us to allow for all of the internal approvals that took so long upfront. Nick
has been great to work with. I will ask Nick for an additional quote to put down the seed.
Thank you again!

Erin,
I went to do an inspection yesterday at the wetland restoration at Turtle Creek per Nick’s request. They have done a
great job and are finishing up. I have told Nick and now you, that they will be required to put out a wetland seed mix to
stabilize the site as fast as possible.
I really appreciate you and Wells Fargo working with the Division on this in getting the site back into compliance with the
wetland and stream standards. I will most likely go to the site once more in a few weeks to see how the vegetation is
doing (hopefully the seeds will have germinated).
We are pleased that the site has been restored and will not be pursuing enforcement.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
Thank you again.
