There is also an aerial cable/phone line that crosses over Smith Creek, which is not in conflict. There aerial power line is about 25 ft. above the water surface and the phone cable line is about 12 feet above the water surface. The plans do not propose to move cable/phone line (12ft. clearance) at all. The power line will be temporarily moved over, as shown on the plans, so it doesn't cross the road right in the work zone. Once the project is complete, the power line will be relocated back to its original location. Let me know if you need anything else. (I have to ask because we've had a very small number of conflicts with dredges or sailboat masts. I know there won't be a sailboat up here, but I can't close it in the database without the info.) This will allow them to move the aerial power line away from the bridge work. There is no boring of utilities, only the aerial power line temporary relocation. Let me know if you have any more questions. Do you know how deep they will be buried? Do you have a cross section showing the lines? Thanks! Tracey Tracey L.
