Thank you From: Smith, Cherri L \[mailto:cherri.smith@ncdenr.gov\] Sent: Friday, May 6, 2016 2:41 PM To: Kevin Martin <kmartin@sandec.com> Subject: Tryon application Kevin, I just had a couple of questions regarding the application you submitted for Tryon Phases 1,2, & 3. 1.You mention in the cover letter that the buffer impacts for the aerial sewer crossing are exempt, but according to the impact maps, it looks like the maintenance easement for this sewer line is 30 feet. Let me know if I’m missing something because I don’t see how that’s exempt. The construction corridor and permanent easement is 30’ but only 10’ will be maintained after installation, do you want me to indicate that on the plans? I can no problem 2.Is all the stormwater from Phases 1-3 getting piped or put into ditches in order to get it down to the stormwater ponds? Yes it is, the stormwater is being routed thru future phases (that have not yet been planned) to the BMPs. The reason they are having to do it this is way is because they have access to existing sewer for Phases 1,2 &3 but will have to construct an offsite sewer line to serve the future phases. Thanks for your help with these questions.
