The Division has determined that your application is incomplete and cannot be processed. The application is on hold until all of the following information is received: 1. For the channel realignment area, provide a longitudinal profile of the existing stream grade and a longitudinal profile of the proposed stream grade including riffle slopes and lengths. 2. Condition q7 of General Certification 3885 requires work in the Dry. Provide a construction detail and construction sequence to meet this cdndition. Pursuant Title 15A NCAC 02H .0502(e), the applicant shall furnish all of the above requested information for the proper consideration of the application. If all of the requested information is not received in writing within 30 calendar days of receipt of the email, the Division will be unable to approve the application and it will be returned. The return of this project will necessitate reapplication to the, Division for approval, including complete application package and the appropriate fee. You may provide your response to me via email or in writing at the address noted below. The project will remain on hold until the required information is received.
