I ended up reviewing this report as well.

Similarly to Mac I had no significant concerns with this mitigation site and credit release.

Success criteria are being met for the Northeast Cape Fear Umbrella Bank – Holly Shelter Tract. Please provide a figure
that overlays habitat type with well gauge locations and results for future monitoring reports. Although not a part of the
scope of this project, prescription burns are really needed to obtain habitat characteristics associated with Pine Savanah
and Wet Pine Flats. Some photo points and a corresponding figure of photo points located in other parts of the property
are recommended. Why are pre-restoration wetland boundaries "approximate" in Figure 3A?

See below ftp site to access the Yr. 2 Monitoring Report for the NE Cape Fear Umbrella Bank located just outside of
Wilmington, near Rocky Point. If you have troubles with access, I would recommend copy & paste the address into your
browser. Upon reviewing the report, pls provide any comments/concerns/questions to me at your earliest convenience
so I can consider them in the determination for releasing credits.

At this time, I don't have a site inspection lined up but hope to swing by sometime early May. If you're interested, pls let
me know.

LMG has completed the annual report for Year 2 of the Northeast Cape Fear Umbrella Mitigation Bank (NECFUMB) site.
The complete draft of the report has been uploaded to our ftp site. Please refer to the directions below for accessing
these files:

Navigate to: ftp://ftp.lmgroup.net (copy and paste this link in windows explorer, not google or other search engines)

Username: lmgroup/lmgftp (These are lower case "L" and not "ones")

Password: FtpLmg1 (This is a "one" at the end)

The username and password are case sensitive. The directions at the top of the ftp site state: To view this FTP site in
Windows Explorer, click Page, and then click Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer. You should then be able to copy and
paste the documents onto your computer as you would regularly through Windows. Let me know if you have trouble
accessing these files.

The report is saved in the folder named: "NECFUMB_Yr02 AMR"
