Per my notes from our visit on 6/9/15, we discussed that the deflector on Bent 1 would be considered bank stabilization
and therefore the impacts would be accounted for in linear feet not acreage. Does this sound correct to you? If we
agree, I measured the distance along the water’s edge and got 52 lf of impact along the bank, so this would be the
length of impact, that I would authorize in the modification if the two of you agree. Please let me know your thoughts
asap.
