In reference to your letter, dated January 23, 2008, regarding the Privateer Farms benthic
macroinvertebrate report letter, dated January 16, 2008, the following information is provided.
The Privateer Farms monitoring Year 1, benthic macroinvertebrate data were analyzed by Mr. Chris
Outlaw, a biologist with the City of Durham. Baker Engineering had been given prior verbal approval
from Mr. Larry Eaton of DWQ to use Mr. Outlaw to analyze the benthic macroinvertebrate samples from
the Privateer Farms Site.
