The stream cleanup hasn’t been completed. If you want to see it completed, we’ll need to go Thursday. With the
additional rain yesterday and today, more sediment is being lost. The contractor is working on the repairs, and has
installed baffles per my direction in the channel to help catch what is flushed from the pipe system. There are a lot of
repairs that need to be completed, and the weather is making repair difficult in many areas.
Phil was on-site today to review the erosion control on the project. I’ll pass his report along when I receive it.

During Monday’s inspection following 0.5” greater rain event, a sediment loss occurred at permit site 2. The slope
drains were overwhelmed, and sediment deposited into a pipe system and discharged into a jurisdictional
stream. Attached are pictures of the stream, the slope drains that were being repaired, and copies of the previous
NPDES inspection on Thursday.
