Site consist of an undeveloped single family lot that currently has a 40 -ft wide sewer easement crossing it near
the location where the owner wishes to put in a driveway. Surrounding land use is residential.

Purpose is to build a driveway so owner can access the lot.

Proposed driveway will cross buffer where it has already been disturbed by the sewer easement. This buffer
impact is not perpendicular due to the alignment of the stream channel and accompanying buffer. Typical
equipment will be used during construction.
