I would like to confirm our meeting next Thursday (26 May 2005) in Avon, Dare County, NC to discuss the
modification of Avon Kinnakeet Mining, LLC's existing sand mining permit 28-16. Pursuant to our 7 April
meeting in your office, we will meet at 9:00 AM at the Kinnakeet Shores Resort sales office. I will give a
presentation to you and your staff outlining project history, goals, and proposed impacts and mitigation and
answer your questions. After our meeting, we can inspect the proposed expansion and mitigation areas.
The sales office is on the south side of Kinnakeet Shores Boulevard just west of NC 12 (30.3 miles south
of the Bonner Bridge over Oregon Inlet).
