Stormwater Analytical - SWO04 Tier 2 Monthly Sampling Stormwater Permit Number 116000040s Sampling Timeframe: January 2016 Charlotte Pipe and Foundry (Charlotte Pipe) is sending this letter to NCDENR in regard to monthly Tier II sampling requirements for SW004. For the month of January 2016, URS, our contractor, was unable to collect stormwater samples from outfall SWO04 during a reasonable event. As required in Tier II of the Stormwater Plan, Charlotte Pipe will continue to monitor for all required parameters until such time as the site can demonstate three consecutive samples that are below the benchmark values.
