Comment: EC measures were in place and functioninq. NPDES records were in order except for a minor oversiqht
related to a routine correction at the borrow pit. The records indicated that it took nine davs for staff to
perform the required task (mulch and tack) at station 0+68. I discussed the oversiqht with the prolect
manaqer and informed the DEO of the issue.
