CONSTRUCTION SEQUENCE:
Obtain NCDENR -DWQ and Johnston County approval for construction.
20 Locate and mark CX15tin6j utilities on site.
3. Install silt fence around perimeter of work area. All installed temporary ,
sediment and erosion control measures will be inspected weekly and
after a mayor rainfall event (> 0.5 inches) by the, Contractor.
Contractor tO supplement site erosion control measures as required by
site conditions. Upon inspection, any necessary repairs \A/Ili be
performed by the Contractor.
40 Perform level spreader construction including forebay, level spreader,
and flow bypass. Level spreader shall be constructed as shown on the
details. Bypass channel construction must stay within the temporary
and permanent impacts shown in the pre - construction notification based
on the channel dimension shown on Sheet 150
5. Perform stormwater detention on construction. Construct pond and
its appurtenances according to details on sheet 160
6. Apply temporary and permanent seeding measures tO disturbed areas
as final grading is reached. Line surrounding perimeter slopes with
CXGC15or matting on slopes greater than 3h: I V.
7. Once work area has been stabilized and ground cover is established,
remove silt fencing and any other temporary erosion control devices
installed for the purposes of level spreader construction.

All denuded areas shall be temporarily and permanently
seeded as follows. Seeding and mulching shall be done
immediately following construction. All disturbed areas
shall be dressed to a depth of 8 inches. The top 3
