Angler Environmental is pleased to present the attached Pre-Construction Notification (PCN) and
Supporting Documentation Package for the above-referenced project. Based on anticipated
jurisdictional impacts, this project will qualify for Section 404 authorization under the Corps’
Nationwide Permit 12, and Section 401 water quality certification number 3884 for utility line activities
from the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality (NCDEQ).

Hard copies of the PCN and all supporting documentation will be mailed on Monday.
