Dear Ms. Jordan:
The Division of Water Quality (DWQ) received your 401 Water Quality Certification application for the
subject project on October 10, 2007. On November 5th, this office, requesting more information, issued a hold
letter. The letter stated that failure to submit the additional information would result in the application being
withdrawn for consideration. As of this date none of the requested information has been submitted, therefore
the application is being withdrawn. You may reapply with a new fee should you so chose.
If you have any questions, please contact Mr. Alan Johnson or me at (704) 663-1699.
Sincerely,
