Box 7891 Guaynabo, Puerto Rico, 00970 Subject: Project Withdrawn,Woody Cove Subdivision, Lake Hickory Dear Ms. Jordan: The Division of Water Quality (DWQ) received your 401 Water Quality Certification application for the subject project on October 10, 2007. On November 5th, this office, requesting more information, issued a hold letter. The letter stated that failure to submit the additional information would result in the application being withdrawn for consideration. As of this date none of the requested information has been submitted, therefore the application is being withdrawn. You may reapply with a new fee should you so chose.
