The Division of Water Resources received the Year 4 Monitoring Report for the above -
referenced site submitted February 2016 by Division of Mitigation Services (DMS).
Vegetation success criteria for this site is an average density of 320 stems per acre of Character
Tree Species surviving after five monitoring years. As indicated in the Year 4 Monitoring Report,
overall the site has met site -wide average success criteria for Monitoring Year 4, however three
vegetation plots (4, 6, and 15) did not meet MY4 success criteria. It has been noted that invasive
species have been observed during monitoring year 4. Theses invasive species should be closely
monitored and a plan to address these species should be considered. It should be noted that if
vegetation plots 4, 6, or 15 are representative of other areas within the project site this may
result in a contingency plan at the time DWR performs the site closeout visit.
