Annual Avg Daily Traffic (vehlhr/day): Design/Future: 17,300 Year: Existin : 5,600 Year: 2009 General Project Narrative: Replacement of Bridge #132 on Rogers Road over Smith Creek and replacement of culvert on unnamed tributary to Smith Creek. The existing bridge will be replaced with a (Description of Minimization of Water single span 100' long by 76.58' wide bridge constructed with Type III prestressed girders. The existing 2@ 92" wide by 72" high CMP arch pipes will be replaced with a 1@ 15'- Quality Impacts) 4" wide by 6'-5" high aluminum box culvert with headwalls. The proposed drainage systems were designed to outfall outside of buffer zone 2(where practical) to allow water to either sheet flow or flow in ditch prior to entering the buffer.
