Remarks and Recommendations:
Reviewed project today with Lindsay Panek, Scott Wyrick and Amy Euliss.
-Discussed needing abbreviated reclamation plan for staging, stockpile site on Hastings hill Rd. Construction
entrance needed to limit tracking onto the road.
Site 19 at approx sta 670
-stabilize the eroding stockpile and haul road slopes and ensure all runoff directed to the skimmer basin
-left side of L at culvert inlet corner at inlet wall eroding. Stabilize at end of wing wall. Stabilize the erodible
areas around the culvert immediately with ground cover if no other work is to be done
-per onsite discussions with Amy, recommend utilize the large natural rock in the stream to armor the bank
where iYs starting to cut. Also, utilize the rip rap at the diversion inlet to fill in the scour hole below the head
cut area. Continue to monitor head cut in the channel.
Permit Site 14 area:
-At basin 16.8C, extend skimmer outlet in the short term to the creek. Install silt checks in the channel below
the temp haul road.
Pipe system needs to be completed and the ditch line to the creek built and stabilized before turning live flow
thru the pipe.
Basin 15.10 B, site drainage bypassing the basin. Runoff needs to go thru the skimmer basin.
-Site 10, project right, all slopes need to be brought to finish grade and permanent seeded, mulched. At
culvert outlet, slopes need to be brought to finish grade and permanent seeded, mulched. At wing walls on
outlet, finish grade to dress up the slopes and seed, mat to stabilize them. Silt fence should be removed, slope
graded to tie into wing walls and then silt fence reinstalled and area stabilized with permanent groundcover.
Remove accumulated silt from the channel.
Project left, culvert inlet area, slopes need to be walked and seeded, mulched to permanently stabilize them.
Site 6, right of L, reinstall basin 7.3 , moving it out from toe of slope. Slope across Site 6 needs to be
reworked, brought to finish grade and permanent seeded to stabilize it.
Site 4, left, stabilize eroding slopes. All areas around pipe inlet need to be stabilized.

Right of L, areas along the of slope needs to be stabilized with groundcover. Repair slope erosion. Area
needs to be finished out and stabilized.
Site 5, left, stabilize toe of slope areas and repair slope erosion. Reseed slopes after repairs.
Site 2, clean out behind silt checks and stabilize erodible slopes; temp seed if area is to be worked soon
Site 1: clean out stream channel to remove accumulated silt.
Several slope sections and areas from previous reports noted on this review. There area areas that need to be
final graded and permanently stabilized that exceed the time limits for establishing ground cover. Utilize
temporary seeding if areas are to be redisturbed within 30-60 days.
