We still call him Princess everyday. He's really just one of the girls.
To answer your question, if the stream feature does not show up on the Topo or the Soils Map, then it's
not buffered.

Guess what.....1 found another stream. The wetland I delineated kept going and it led me to it. This is the
channel that is shown on the soils map. I was thinking the three fingers near the property boundary were what
were on the soils map. That proves you need to walk through the middle of the site, not just concentrate on the
low spots. The small segment with the isolated buffer (where we started) does not show up on the soils or topo.
Is it still subject to Neuse buffers? The site plan keeps out of all buffers (including the new buffer and stream)
but that area.

Lesson learned by Ian: Don't leave for two weeks for vacation.
(I shrunk these down, so hopefully the pic files aren't too big.)
The tiara he's wearing says "Princess" (just in case you couldn't read it due'to the blurryness).
I'll get the stream determination letter in the mail this week.
