Subject: Highlands Biological Station # 2016-0321

I just received a PCN for a project on a WS-III Tr. lake (Lindenwood Lake) in Highlands. It is listed as an NW #3 & 42
which do not usually require a stormwater plan. The PCN indicates there is only 5% impervious and I assume they
“transport water primarily by vegetated conveyances” or something like that. I just wanted to check with you and see if
I needed to do anything. If I don’t hear from you, I will assume that your office doesn’t need anything from me.
