David and Andrew: Per my notifications from last week, I have updated the previous revision request that I originally
sent you to also now also include a change in crossing at SD-15, where they had similar problems and couldn’t make the
bore work…

To summarize:

New temp impacts to SD01 = 82 LF (Subject to Moratorium – will not occur until after the 15)
New temp impacts to SD15A = 52 LF (Not subject to the Moratorium – will occur as soon as you give go-ahead)

I don’t see how any FWS or WRC comments would change from those originally submitted, but I’ve copied them just in
case.
