Proposed project is for a residential development for the Habitat for Humanity of Wake County. The proposed
impacts for the project are steam and buffer impacts necessary for the extension of an existing road (Pine Knoll Drive)
to access the property

The project site is located at the existing stub of Pine Knoll Drive, 500 feet north of the intersection of Mayflower
Drive and Pine Knoll Drive. Take Capital Blvd (US 1) north, turn left on Mayflower Drive and then turn right on
Pine Knoll Drive, Raleigh, Wake County, North Carolina.

regarding detailed procedures for full application (Note: Submittals of the review packages on Friday after 12:00 pm
will be stamped as received on the next business day).
