Jason,
What permits are you asking about?Are these construction permits, or industrial permits?
For construction NCG01 stormwater permits,you need to submit updates for each one via our NCG01
Modification form.We won't be able to look up which active permits you have, but you could try downloading the
list we have on this website and do some searches (there's a list of active permits from last October up there) if
you aren't sure.
If it's affecting a whole lot of permits, it is probably easier to provide a spreadsheet of the COC numbers and the
new information for the contact(s)—instead of submitting a bunch of Mods.
If Kat Lyons is a legally responsible person, we'll need a signed form (by the new legally responsible person)to
make the change. We could probably accept one form if it comes with a list of all the impacted COC numbers
along with project names.
If she's the site contact only(not the legally responsible person),we can update that without a signed form. Just a
list of the permits and the new site contact details (mailing address, phone, email)would be fine.

Hey Bethany,
Don't you have a way to update the site contact on all our active permits to a different person? I think you put
them all under Kat Lyons for us at one time a while back. Well, I need the same thing again,but I need for me
to be the site contact(and who gets emailed the annual renewal invoices)—Kat's going to be transitioning
elsewhere, so I am taking over almost all of her duties—would be one less thing for her to worry about if we
can replace her email address with mine.
