Sorry you cannot get through on the phone. My understanding is there are some network issues causing problems with
our phone system.
According to the application I received for B-5410 the total stream impacts were 53 linear feet and I show that for
Certification No. 3891 which is the NW23 that if total stream impacts (temporary or permanent) are equal or greater
than 40 linear feet that written approval is required. This would put a minor fee of $240.00 on the project. You can find

If these impacts are concurrent it would not need a fee, however l did not see that stated in the application so my
assumption was that it was two different sets of impacts.
I am being told the phones are in working order so please call if there are any further concerns or questions and of
course you can always email.
I will await your response to whether the impacts are concurrent before taking project off hold.

I tried to leave you a message a couple of times but only got a busy signal. NES is not sure why an application fee is being
requested for B-5410 when we are under 40 linear feet of impacts and not requesting written authorization. Let us know
your thoughts when you get a chance.
