Per discussions with the Resident Engineer's office and tl~e contractor late
Friday afternooon, the temporary bulkhead will placed water ward and
is~i;-eciiat.ely adjacent tQ•5 - 1 ft} to the existing btillchead. As proposed
tl~er_e should be minimal if any esicroachment water ward. The ccntract.or
said on t::he west end he may have to bring it: land ward of the existing t:o
ma}te sure it does no conflict with ccnst.ruction of the bent.

As discussed at the field meet.:ing en Sept. ~ for R-2245, attached
is a request for a revision to CAMA Permit 20-07. The request is
for reconfigu7-ation of the work bridges and approval of temporary
access roads to the work bridges. Attached you will are two
files; a signed 7_etter- and plan sheets. I separated. them since
they are on two different paper sizes to assist you in printing.
L)r~ve and Ken, per cur discussion on site, these plan sheets
sl~ou.7.d satisf.~r your rec.~ui.rements and a rnod:i.fication to the 404
and 40i is not required. Please reply by e-mail to this fact.
As dsct:rssed i.n t:he field, this i;~ a very Mime sensitive matter
d~xe. to the mcratori~.zm restr.ctions. The contractor needs to have
access roads constr-l:€cted prier t,c Oct.ober 1, so has s-_ot to delay
