Attached hereto is a modification of Certification No. 3496 issued to The North Carolina Department of
Transportation dated January 14, 2005 and modifications dated April 14, 2005, August 10, 2005, April 11, 2006,
Apri14, 2007 and November 20, 2007. All the authorized activities and conditions of certification associated with
the original Water Quality Certification dated January 14, 2005 and subsequent modifications still apply except
where superceded by this certification.
