Dear Sirs,
Attached please find the Analytical Report and Quantitative Monitoring for the third Tier 2
response resulting from the 2nd Semiannual Stormwater Event of 2015 for our facility.
This report indicates that required monitoring for copper were as follows:
1. Test point #002, copper, 0.006 mg/I
2. Test point #003, copper, 0.010 mg/I
Based on this data, Test Point #002 has satisfied Tier 2 requirements and no further action
will be taken on this point. Test Point #003 will continue with Tier 2 measures next month per
required scheduling.
