This inspection was conducted as a Compliance Evaluation Inspection (CEI) to insure compliance with permit requirements and conditions. At the time of inspection facility appeared to be very well maintained and operated. It was noted that the subject facility experiences high flows due to inflow and infiltration. An inspection of the collection system was conducted by this Office on February 23, 2016 and will be addressed under separate cover. We wish to thank you and operating staff for your assistance regarding the inspection. A copy of this inspection will be forwarded to the facility's Operator-in-Responsible-Charge (ORC).
