I have received a request from Mr. Todd Walton (see attached) with the NC State Ports Authority, requesting a
moratorium dredging relief for the MHC Port berth areas. I have discussed this with Doug and since it’s a moratorium
relief issue, he suggested just coordinating with all of you via email for your comments, concerns etc. Please feel free to

Good morning Heather,

Please find attached a request that would allow the berths at the NCSPA in Morehead City to be dredged by the USACE
prior to August 1, 2016. I will place a hard copy in the mail today.
