Cherri,
Please find attached drawings that include the USGS Topo, USDA Last Published Soil Survey and our stream/wetland
delineation maps. The streams that are proposed to be impacted for both projects are not subject to respective riparian
river basin buffer rules because the stream features are not depicted on the most recent USGS Topographic Map and/or
last published USDA Soil Survey.
I apologize for not including these in my PCN application-it just didn’t even register to me that DWR didn’t have a copy
of our verification package that we had send to the Corps. Please let me know if you have any questions or
concerns. Thanks.
Sincerely,
Bradley S. Luckey

Subject: Tate and Iga Solar Farms
Hi Brad,
I’ve had a chance to look at your applications for the Tate and Iga Solar Farms in Nash and Franklin Counties, and my
main question is why aren’t there any riparian buffer impacts? Typically, if there’s a road crossing that’s greater than 40
linear feet in length, then there are buffer impacts.
So I wanted to discuss this issue with you because that might explain why you didn’t include a copy of the USGS topo
and soils maps with the project area delineated in the application.
