Sorry for the delay we took almost three full weeks off for Christmas and New Years.
Attached are some pictures showing the approximate line of the old lake and the new filled area. If you had a
different type of picture in mind let me know what you need and I will send it. A written request will arrive
this week.
I still do not have the "official" finished drawing from the surveyor. I emailed him recently to get him
moving. If you would like to contact him yourself to ask any questions, his email address
is: ncsurv@gmail.com and his name is Dennis Fornes.

Hello!
Thanks for speaking with me yesterday and answering my questions.
I am aware that I am over my time limit to complete filling the lake that the state requested. I want to get
current and in good standing. Until recently I was unable to report my progress because I was waiting for a
survey.
Just yesterday the surveyor completed a preliminary report on what has been done, so far we have only
disturbed 3.3 acres of the alloted 5, and that includes temporary roads. Business was slow this year compared
to in the past and we did not get nearly as much done as was projected. We just need more time.
As soon as I get the official stamped drawing from the surveyor I will forward that to you along with some
pictures of the area.
I would like to get an extension of 18 months to finish this task. Would you like me to send you a hard copy
of this request? Please forward this to anyone else who needs to see it.
Thanks;
Scott Cayton
PS: We are planning to be closed 12/20-1/4 and running reduced hours next week due to my employee taking
time off to see his family out of town. After 1/4/2016 we will resume normal business hours of M/T/W/Th
7am-4pm. If anyone needs to contact me call 252 671 3172 or email this address.
