I'm attaching an unsigned copy of that permit for your review. I'll need ta address Condition #4 in the attached permit and put it into the existing permit and want to be sure Clemmons is aware of that responsibility or can provide some other means of addressing it. Can you comment on that please. I'm heading to the field right now and will be back in the office this afternoon and tomarrow afternoon. On an annua) basis, Novant provides us an inspection report. We review their report, compete our own inspection, and either agree or pcovide comments of iterns which need to be resolved. We can imposed fines until any deficient issue are corrected.
