Attached are the R-2577ABC Concurrence Point 2A Meeting Minutes and the signed concurrence form, from our
meeting held on September 29, 2015, in the NCDOT Division 9 Office, in Winston-Salem.

This meeting was held to discuss and to reach agreement on Bridging Decisions and Alternatives to Carry Forward,
regarding the US 158 (Reidsville Road) Improvements project, spanning Forsyth and Guilford Counties, Sections A, B &
C. Also attached for your reference, are the R-2577AB CP2-2 signed concurrence form and the updated R-2577C
corridor map, showing the remaining two US 158 Bypass Alternatives still under consideration, in the Stokesdale
vicinity.

I have submitted revisions to the NCDOT Communications Office, so our US 158 Improvements (R-2577ABC) project
webpage on the NCDOT.gov website, should soon be updated.
