4. THE SITE IS IN THE PRIMARY WATERSHED PROTECTION OVERLAY DISTRICT.
5. PER FEMA MAP #3720072 1 OOJ DATED 02 MAY 2006, NO 100 -YEAR FLOODPLAIN TRAVERSES THE PROPERTY.
G. THIS SITE WAS REVIEWED FOR STREAM BUFFERS AND WETLANDS BY ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES, INC. AND
THE DELINEATED FEATURES ARE SHOWN.
7. ALL NECESSARY PERMITS SHALL BE OBTAINED FROM NCDENR, DWQ, THE ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS OR
OTHER AUTHORIZED AGENCIES PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION DRAWING APPROVAL. ANY PERSON PROPOSING TO
DISTURB THE WETLAND AREAS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RECEIVING PERMITS FOR SUCH WORK.
8. THE OWNER 15 PROPOSING A FEE -IN -LIEU PAYMENT TO MEET THE TOWN OF APEX PUBLIC PARK DEDICATION

9. RCA * BUFFER AREAS SHALL BE OWNED AND MAINTAINED BY THE HOA UNLESS SHOWN OTHERWISE.
10. DEVELOPER TO INSTALL BERMS, STORM DRAINAGE AND LANDSCAPING IN I O' LANDSCAPE BUFFER AND 10'
LANDSCAPE EASEMENT BEHIND LOTS 202-208 PER AGREEMENT WITH ADJACENT PROPERTY OWNERS.
1 1. THE OWNER IS PROPOSING A FEE -IN -LIEU PAYMENT TO MEET THE TOWN OF APEX PUBLIC PARK DEDICATION
REQUIREMENT.
12. THIS PROJECT SHALL BE REQUIRED TO ADHERE TO ALL APPLICABLE STORMWATER REQUIREMENTS INCLUDING
LIMITING THE POST -DEVELOPMENT RUN-OFF TO EQUAL OR LESS THAN THE PRE -DEVELOPMENT RUN-OFF. THE
STORMWATER DEVICES USED TO MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS SHALL BE LOCATED WITHIN A DRAINAGE
EASEMENT WITH ACCESS TO A PUBLIC R/W.
13. A GRADING PERMIT FROM THE BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO ANY GRADING ON THE
SITE IN CONFORMANCE TO THE NC BUILDING CODE APPENDIX J (GRADING). THE BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION
SHALL LIST THE GRADING CONTRACTOR AND SOILS FIRM OR INSPECTOR RETAINED TO OVERSEE THE SOILS
COMPACTION ON THE SITE IN CONFORMANCE TO CHAPTER 17 OF THE NC STATE BUILDING CODE. DAILY
REPORTS BY THE SOILS INSPECTOR SHALL BE MADE AVAILABLE TO THE BUILDING OFFICIAL UPON REQUEST.
THE COMPLETED FINAL SOILS REPORT SHALL INCLUDE THE INFORMATION REQUIRED BY SECTION 1 801
THROUGH SECTION 1803 ALONG WITH A PLOT MAP LOCATING ALL TESTS SITES AND THE LIMITS OF THE
COMPACTED FILL AREAS. THI5 REPORT MUST BE PRESENTED TO AND ACCCEPTED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL
PRIOR TO BUILDING PERMITS BEING ISSUED ON THE SITE. CONTACT RUDY BAKER AT 249-3381 FOR
INFORMATION.
14. A PLUMBING PERMIT ISSUED BY THE BUILDING INSPECTIONS DIVISION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL PLUMBING
SYSTEMS, INCLUDING STORM DRAINAGE SYSTEMS, INSTALLED OUTSIDE THE PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY OR A
PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT. THESE SYSTEMS SHALL BE INSPECTED AND APPROVED BY THE PLUMBING
INSPECTOR PRIOR TO COVERING. CONTACT RUDY BAKER AT 249-3381 FOR INFORMATION INCLUDING THE
UTILIZATION OF A THIRD -PARTY INSPECTION AGENCY FOR STORM DRAIN SYSTEMS.
15. ALL PERMANENT SLOPES SHALL BE 3:1 OR FLATTER. THE EXCEPTIONS TO THIS REQUIREMENT ARE THE 2:1
GRADED SLOPES FOR THE TERRMINI DRIVE CREEK CROSSING AND THE STORMWATER 15MP'5 DOWNSLOPE.
I G. INDIVIDUAL BUILDERS SHALL INSTALL TEMPORARY TREE PROTECTION FENCE ALONG THE REAR 10 FEET OF
EACH LOT AT THE TIME OF HOME CONSTRUCTION.
