Re: PCN application Johnston County
Karen
I'm enclosing 3 copies of PCN and maps for a crossing in a S/D in Wayne County. I am
enclosing a fee of $240.00. I have sent an electronic copy to Anthony Scarbraugh of the
Washington Regional office in case an electronic copy is needed and he is aware of the
project. There is no defined channel in the feature we are crossing, also it does not show
on the Soil Survey or the Quad sheet so not a Neuse Buffer. We are utilizing an existing
crossing so our impact to wetlands is only .02 of an acre.
Krysta Stygar of the Washington Corps of Engineers has field verified my wetland
delineation.
Any questions please don't hesitate.
Thank you
