The revised stream impacts due to the new pipe and the bank stabilization are revised on the attached summary. Also, as discussed, the main reason for extent of pipe length at the outlet is to minimize the amount of open channel flow from the outlet to the existing box culvert inlet. The longer pipe contains the flow longer which provides some additional safety to local residents and reduces potential for outlet instability.
