Good Morning Jennifer: I'm contacting you in regard to the subject certification received in the mail yesterday.
Unfortunately, there are some corrections that need to be made to the certification. The title of the authority
is, "Greater Asheville Regional Airport Authority" and the Executive Director's name is "Lew Bleiweis," not what
is written on the letter dated 3-22-16. I've attached a scanned version of the cover letter to provide
clarification.
Please correct the certification and resubmit to the same address. Thank you and have a great day.

Attached hereto is a copy of Certification No. 3753 issued to Mr. Lew and Asheville
Regional Airport Authority, dated March 22, 2016. This Certification replaces the Certification
issued on February 22, 2013. This modification was requested by the applicant to authorize
additional impacts at the southern end of the airport based on finalized, detailed plans of the
project and Federal Aviation Administration regulations governing the runway safety area. Please
note that you should get any other federal, state or local permits before proceeding with the
subject project, including those required by (but not limited to) Sediment and Erosion Control,
Non-Discharge, and Water Supply Watershed regulations.
This approval and its conditions are final and binding unless contested. This Certification can be
contested as provided in Articles 3 and 4 of General Statute 150B by filing a written petition for an
administrative hearing to the Office of Administrative Hearings (hereby known as OAH)within sixty
(60) calendar days.
A petition form may be obtained from the OAH at http://www.ncoah.com/ or by calling the OAH
Clerk's Office at [phone] for information. A petition is considered filed when the original
and one (1) copy along with any applicable OAH filing fee is received in the OAH during normal
office hours (Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm, excluding official state
holidays).
