Project in Alamance County North Carolina.
In summary:
The work as proposed does not involve regulated activities within
jurisdictional wetlands and/or other jurisdictional waters of the United
States (per the attached Approved Jurisdictional Determination for the site); therefore, a DA permit is not required.
The Corps now considers this project file SAW-2024-01783 processed and closed.
