Dear Mr. Baker:
NC DOT would like to request renewal of the above permit. A portion of the work on
the project has been completed but the remainder will not be completed until after March
2008.
By copy of this letter,. I am forwarding an additional copy to Mike Parker, NC DWQ
Asheville Regional Office for renewal of the 401 Certification. Please forward comments
directly to the Corps with copy to Division 13 Environmental Ofticer.
