Enclosed is an application for 401 Water Quality Certification for Greg Brown.
Mr. Brown proposes to permit for his rip rap along approximately 105' of shoreline to aid
in erosion control. Trees are all from 2" in diameter or smaller or they have undermined
root systems and will be cleared only as far back as necessary. Total square footage of
proposed rip rap will be 731 sq ft.
