The stormwater management plan (SMP) for Plantation Point Apartments 5-70-2007 (dated
Ol/03/08~ has been reviewed and approved by the City of Raleigh for compliance with our
stormwater requirements. This approval is for the purpose and design that you show in the above
referenced plans. If the SMP changes this approval is voided and the applicant will be required to
request a new approval letter.
No disturbance of the Neuse River Buffer will be permitted on the above referenced projects until
the City of Raleigh receives verification of approval and issuance of buffer permit(s) by
NCDWQ.
