Dear Mr. Setzer:
On December 6, 2007, I visually inspected the construction work on NCSR 1521B & C, Onion Mountain
Road. The inspection was only on the northern section of the road due to inaccessibility of the other section
of road. Construction is well underway and some culverts have been replaced. Please continue to maintain
the sediment and erosion control structures so that State surface waters can be protected. Please refer to the
attached inspection report.
