Attached are five copies of a revised set of impact maps (7 sheets), stormwater plans (4.0 - 4.4 & 5.0), worksheets, and City of Creedmoor approval letter. One copy of the stormwater management plan approved by the City of Creedmoor is also attached. Each item requested in the aforementioned NCDWQ letter is addressed below. 1. Please provide calculations of the outflow from each of the proposed wet detention ponds. The level spreaders must be designed to handle the entire outflow from the pond. Revised calculations of the outflow from each of the proposed wet detention ponds are provided on the attached Site &stormwater Plan sheet (1 of 7) and on stormwater Management Plan sheets (4.0 - 4.4 & 5.0). The revised wet detention and level spreader worksheets are also attached. .. ' ' Mr. Ian McMillan January 17, 2008 Page 2 of 2 2. The level spreader that receives outflow from BMP A should be moved to another location where the filter strip has snore uniform topography. The level spreader for BMP A has been moved to the flat area adjacent to the wetland (See Sheet 2 of 7). 3. Please provide a copy of the stormwater management plan approval from the Granville County Water Supply Watershed program and one copy of the approved stormwater management plan. We discovered that the City of Creedmoor is actually charged with administering the Water Supply Watershed program in which this site is located. The City of Creedmoor's letter approval of the stormwater Management Plan is attached along with one copy of the plan. Sincerely, Burdette Land Consulting, Inc. Durham, NC 27701 January 14, 2008 RE: Lake Glade Road- Stormwater Mst~.agement Plan. Dear Mr. Credle: THOMAS L. OURRIN CITY ATTORN~5/ Ozx December 19, 200'7, the City of Creeduxaor approved your starmwater management .plan £or the . proposed Lake Glade Road _praject. The City based xts approval an plans dated dctober 2007, December i 2, 2007 and December 14, 2007. The plays were submitted to the City's engineering consultants, 'fbe Wooten Company. 1'he plans and materials submitted were reviewed by Crystal Penton, E. Z. of tlxe Wooten Company far compliance with the City's Starrnwater Management Ordinance and Stormwater ma~gement Design .Manual. More specifically, the material was reviewed for the following: 1 ~ post-development runoff rate does not exceed the pre-develapataent runoff rate for the lwyear, 24-hour storm; 2) the pipe crossings were designed fro a callectar roadway which calls far culverts to cagy the 25-year design storm without overtopping the road and to pass the 100-year design storm without damaging the road, and; ~) the project meets the intent of the nitrogen nutrient redu, ctians set forth by the City. It should be elated that this review does not address the effect of the project on upstream and/or downstream property. Should you have aqy questions, please call me at 919528-3332.
