Hey Mason, I did find info on the Holly Shelter Bay Mitigation Bank. I was just trying to double check that if U-4751 is in
the same HUC, I saw a project # for B-4751, but not U-4751. Do you know what HUC (or the Lat Lon) U 4751 is located
at?

NCDOT is proposing to debit the Northeast Cape Fear River Mitigation bank for the proposed non riparian wetland
impacts on the U-4751 project rather than going to DMS (e-mail below). I have discussed this with Brad and we don't
not have an issue with the proposal. I just wanted to make sure you were good with the proposal before I responded. A
follow up e-mail from Brad to the merger team is attached for additional information.
