Stormwater Discharge Outfall Monitoring Report
Dear Sir / Madam,
As required in Part II.B, Analytical Monitoring Requirements, of the above referenced
permit, a stormwater sampling event was performed on October 27, 2015. The collected
samples were analyzed for the parameters identified in Table 3 and the samples were
collected in accordance to the time period specified in Table 2 of Section B of the general
permit and according to monitoring requirements of Part III.D.
Pursuant to the requirements contained in Part III.E., Reporting Requirements, please
find enclosed the original and one copy of the signed stormwater discharge outfall
monitoring report. The Roxboro facility received the analytical results from the
laboratory on October 30, 2015, and as required by the permit, we are submitting the
monitoring report within 30 days of the facility receiving the sampling results. -Except
for COD on SDO 002, all results were below the benchmark values in Table 3. Pursuant
to Part II Section B page 6 of the Stormwater permit, a Tier One response has been
implemented and documented for the benchmark exceedance on SDO 002.
Furthermore, pursuant to Part III Section B.5.b. of the Stormwater permit, please be
advised that Vernell Davis, as Plant Manager of the Roxboro facility, has been granted
signatory authority responsibility for the facility by a corporate officer. See attached
signatory authority delegation letter dated August 5, 2013.
