I have spoken with Ms. Mosley and feel we may need to have a meeting with all the parties involved. Do I
need to make these contacts and set up a meeting? I am also looking at other options for grading the road
differently to allow for shortening the pipe. I also plan to walk the creek over the next few days to see if there is
another location which will not affect the curvature of the stream and continue to stay away from the buffers of
both creeks which was the first option for the roadway.

I know you will be out of town next week but when is the soonest after that you think we could meet?

satisfy everyone involved.
