Rev Parcel O PCN Application.pdf
Hey Sue,
Looking back, box 3A should have only been checked for the Jordan Lake Buffers. Stormwater treatment is not required
due to project approval prior to NPDES Phase II rules going into effect and a vested right. The preformed scour holes are
to be installed to provide diffuse flow prior to entering the buffer. Attached is a revised PCN with the Phase II removed
from box 3A.
Thanks,
Kyle Smith, P.E.

Hey Kyle,
The PCN says this project falls under Phase II stormwater and Jordan Buffers but all I see on the plans are pre -formed
scour holes. Can you explain that to me.
Thanks,
