Thank you From: Kevin Martin Sent: Tuesday, March 15, 2016 3:48 PM 1 To: 'Smith, Cherri L' <cherri.smith@ncdenr.gov> Subject: RE: Meridian at Nichols Plaza Cherrie I asked the engineer for more info on the BMP, at the time of the submittal they were working with Apex to ensure that the BMP they used met the requirements for the bypass but also had the detention that Apex required, I will let you know when I hear back. Impact 5 is really two things (1) a zone 2 buffer impact for the fill slope of the BMP that will be revegetated and (2) pipe and fill of the ephemeral/intermittent channel to bypass stormwater that is treated offsite and is discharged on to the property by a culvert at pine plaza ave. I just need to confirm that the BMP is able to treat nutrients at the level necessary to allow a bypass channel. Also, can you explain Impact #5 to me? I’m not sure I understand what’s going on there. Thanks for your help.
