feature. Refer to site plan attached. US Army Corps of Engineers has made a determination that the indicated portion of the
feature does not contain jurisdictional wetlands. Owner is seeking DWQ determination of whether buffer rules apply and/or if
mitigation is required. Site is an existing Construction & Demolition Debris landfill for which an expansion if desired.
Please attach a map of the site indicating project boundaries on the USGS 1:24,000 Topo and/or NRCS Soil Survey.
If you are unable to locate either of these maps, please contact the Regional Office for assistance.
