I appreciate your responsiveness. I just got off the phone with Randy Herron, the surveyor, he told me his crew
is still working on the survey and they should have the field portion complete in another week or so. Once that
is complete they will prepare the drawings and plats. Tasha, I will need to get back in touch with you once we
have those so I can get crystal clear about the what we need to get included on the drawings and the JD.

The surveyors are finishing up with the licensed survey of all jurisdictional waters on the site and impacts. I will
check with them today and let you know when they expect to finish. Next comes resubmittal of the AJD and
then we will work back through the IP and mitigation plan.
